Mr. Olumuyiwa Obileye is a Management Consultant with vast experience in Strategy, Operations and Transformation. He has proven record of excellence and consistent achievement in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Business Services.
Mr. Obileye studied economics at the University of Benin and earned his MBA from Henley Business School, UK. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He received his Chartered Accountancy training at ZO Ososanya & Co (the Nigerian affiliate of KMG International) in the 1980s.
He is the Managing Partner at OOB Consultancy, a UK based business and finance consultancy firm which he founded in 2011. Prior to setting up OOB Consultancy, he was a Senior Director, Finance, Outsourcing and Legal Operations at Daiichi –Sankyo Development Ltd. A global Japanese pharmaceutical company with revenue of $12 billion. Mr. Obileye was Vice President, Group Financial Planning and Analysis at Actavis Group, one of the world’s largest generic pharmaceutical companies with revenue of $2.7 billion. He was Executive Director and Finance Controller at Chiron Vaccines, the world’s 5th largest Vaccines producer and leading business unit of Chiron Corporation with revenue of $1.8 billion. He was also Associate Director and Head of Finance and Procurement (UK and Europe) at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, a European subsidiary of Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. (now Takeda). He was Senior Finance Manager, EMEA & Commercial Manager at Proctor & Gamble and Senior Finance Manager, EMEA Distributor Markets at Bristol Myers Squibb Consumer Products (Clairol), subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb.
Mr. Agusto founded WSTC Financial Services Limited (WSTC) in 1991. At WSTC, he provides leadership in areas of Strategy and Policy. He also handles top end relationship management, marketing across product lines and supervises major transactions.
Prior to setting up WSTC, Mr. Agusto had over 10 years of professional accounting practice and industry experience. He joined SCOA Nigeria Plc, a quoted French multinational conglomerate in 1985 where he served in managerial positions and gained experience in Internal Audit, Financial & Management Accounting and Taxation. He left SCOA in 1990 as the Head of its Group Management Control Department. Prior to this, Mr. Agusto worked with Akintola Williams Deloitte between 1980 and 1985. Whilst with Akintola Williams Deloitte, he rendered a range of accounting, auditing, and consulting services to clients in the banking, insurance, trading, and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Agusto is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He serves on the Board of IBFCAlliance Limited (a Business and Training Consultancy Service Provider) and had also served on the Boards of Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (now Nigerian Exchange Limited), and Lagos State University. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School
Mrs. Oyebolu obtained a BSc. Honours Degree in Mathematics and Physics at Kings’ College, University of London, in June 1985. Three years later, in May 1988, she graduated with an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, USA having majored in Finance. In 1987, she worked as a summer intern/analyst at The World Bank in Washington DC, USA.
Mrs. Oyebolu began her banking career at Citibank Nigeria in 1988 and worked in Banking Operations, Corporate Finance and as Deputy Financial Controller. From 1992 to1997, Mrs. Oyebolu worked at Agusto & Co. Limited as a Supervising/Managing Consultant, and later as Head of Business Information Services. She organized and taught training courses on accounting, finance, and banking, and provided consulting services to financial institutions. She provided bank credit reports; quoted-company investment opinions and published annual industry studies.
Mrs. Oyebolu was employed at United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) from 1997 to 2006. Her varied roles included Head of Retail Banking Market Segmentation, Head of Business Integration Office, Head of International Sector, Head of Asset Management, Chief Financial Officer, Head of the Human Capital Management and Head of Business Process Re-engineering. From 2007 to2011, she worked for the Bi-Courtney Group initially as a Project Director, and later as CEO of Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited. After leaving Bi-Courtney and prior to setting up Quivesti Learning in 2016, she worked as a business consultant and provided business advisory, consultancy, property investment, development, and management services to clients. Mrs. Oyebolu is the owner and CEO of Quivesti Services, which provides private tutoring and educational advisory services under the brand name Quivesti Learning.
Mallam Bello is currently the Managing Director of MBS Merchants Limited. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and an MBA in Marketing from the same University before proceeding to the prestigious London School of Business and Finance for another Short Intensive MBA in General Management. He obtained another MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Institute for Transformative Thought and Learning in Phoenix Arizona, USA and is currently pursuing a PhD programme in Political Economy from SMC University, Switzerland.
Mallam (Dr.) Misbahu Bello Sani is a Fellow at the Institute of Corporate Management and Strategic Planning, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (USA), Chartered Management Institution (UK). He is a Certified International Project Manager, and a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute, UK. He was awarded Doctorate Degree Honoris Causa in Business Management and Pragmatic Leadership by the Commonwealth University of Dominica.
Mrs. Oyeleke is a multi-dynamic professional with over twenty years’ experience in commercial banking. She is a professional Human Resource Manager with deep interest in talking to people on their goals and aspirations with a view to help them develop concrete ways in which to achieve those aspirations and move ahead in their careers while ensuring that they remain true to self.
Mrs. Morayo Oyeleke graduated in Statistics from the University of Ibadan in 1992. She started her career in the Audit firm of Adetona Isichei and Co. After leaving Adetona Isichei and Co, she worked at Guaranty Trust Bank (“GTB”) in the Internal Control Unit before moving to the Commercial Banking Unit where she was responsible for the acquisition of commercial banking customers in the Ikeja and Apapa business district of the Bank. She left the Commercial Banking Unit in 2000 and moved to the Financial Institutions Team as a Relationship Manager from 2000 to 2004. Mrs. Oyeleke pursued her passion and obtained her Human Resource Certification following which she worked as a Group Head in the Human Resources Group of GTB between 2004 to 2010 where she was responsible for the overall human resource capital of GTB. Based on her impeccable leadership qualities, she was moved to the Transactional Services Division of GTB to manage the day-to-day operations of 16 branches of GTB, Lagos Mainland Region where she served from 2010 to 2013.
Mrs. Oyeleke was later employed at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. from 2013 to 2017 as the Head of Learning and Transformation culture. While at Union Bank Plc, she was responsible for the transformation of the learning culture of the bank and implemented the change of the pervasive culture of the bank. She developed a learning strategy for the bank thereby driving the from the old culture to a new a forward-thinking organization.
Mrs. Oyeleke is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Accountants. She is also an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK. Mrs. Oyeleke is passionate about taking people through personal financial planning and management and showing them how financial planning is a series of deliberate step by step decision thereby ensuring they achieve both their career and personal goals. She currently provides consultancy services to organizations through her fast-growing firm HC Calibrate which has been operational since 2018.
