Mr. Agusto founded WSTC Financial Services Limited (WSTC) in 1991. At WSTC, he provides leadership in areas of Strategy and Policy. He also handles top end relationship management, marketing across product lines and supervises major transactions.
Prior to setting up WSTC, Mr. Agusto had over 10 years of professional accounting practice and industry experience. He joined SCOA Nigeria Plc, a quoted French multinational conglomerate in 1985 where he served in managerial positions and gained experience in Internal Audit, Financial & Management Accounting and Taxation. He left SCOA in 1990 as the Head of its Group Management Control Department. Prior to this, Mr. Agusto worked with Akintola Williams Deloitte between 1980 and 1985. Whilst with Akintola Williams Deloitte, he rendered a range of accounting, auditing, and consulting services to clients in the banking, insurance, trading, and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Agusto is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He serves on the Board of IBFCAlliance Limited (a Business and Training Consultancy Service Provider) and had also served on the Boards of Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (now Nigerian Exchange Limited), and Lagos State University. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School
Mr. Oludayo Afelumo holds an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University). He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) in the UK. He is also an authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange.
He started his career with Diamond Bank Plc where he had a short stint in branch banking before joining WSTC Financial Services Limited in 2008. He has garnered over 14 years financial services experience with vast knowledge of capital market operations.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Afelumo served in various capacities within the Group ranging from being a Relationship Manager to Heading the Support Services team and the Operations Department. He was also instrumental in the startup of the Retail Business Unit before taking up the role of Securities Trader.
Mrs. Oloye is the General Manager of the Company. Prior to this, she held the positions of Finance Controller and Chief Financial Officer. She joined the Company in 2011 has more than 15years’ professional experience.
She holds a BSc. degree from the University of Lagos, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, where she attended the Advanced Management Program.
She commenced her career with Akintola Williams Deloitte as an Auditor, where she was involved in the audit of companies in various sectors, including manufacturing, hospitality, construction and financial services.
Mrs. Odetayo has over 12 years of experience in sales and business development and has attended various courses on selling and negotiation skills, customer retention and credit analysis. Prior to joining the WSTC’s Private Wealth Group in May 2018, she worked with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc from 2008 to 2018 in various branches of their Retail, SME, and Commercial Banking Divisions handling accounts of HNIs and top end Corporates.
She holds a BSc. degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and commenced her career with First City Monument Bank Plc.
Mr. Ajayi has more than 12 years hands on experience in IT administration, networking, security, and application development. He joined WSTC in 2008 and currently provides leadership to the technology team. He is focused on secured limitless boundaries delivered with excellence; and has demonstrated this by migrating WSTC’s technology infrastructure to a robust platform which helped position WSTC during uncertain events and seasons and kept the company in business without glitch.
He holds a B. Sc degree in computer science from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is also a Certified Network and Security Professional. He has undergone series of training in ethical hacking, networking, security, and server management.
Miss Falodun is the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor of the Company. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and a registered sponsored individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
She is a graduate of the University of Ilorin where she obtained LL.B (Law) degree. She was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. While she was at the Nigerian Law School, she articled at the law firm of Biodun AbdulRaheem & Co. where she had a brief stint of litigation experience.
Prior to joining the WSTC in 2019, Oluwafunto had garnered robust litigation experience in the law firms of Keystone Attorneys (LegalPedia), Frank Eke & Co. and Orimolade & Akintunde (Legal Practitioners).
